Contract - City, London


PA/Executive Assistant role at a leading global management consultancy firm to support the CEO and HR Director covering a 12-month maternity contract.

This is a fast paced and busy role with back-to-back diaries, highly confidential internal meetings and high volume international travel arrangements.

  • Salary - £58,000-£59,000 + bonus and fantastic benefits 

Executive Assistant role:

  • Extensive diary management - managing two very busy diaries resolving any conflicts and/or changing priorities arranging meetings, Zoom calls across multiple time zones
  • Booking international travel arrangements flights accommodation, transfers, arranging visas
  • Taking minutes/notes in highly confidential internal meetings, following up on actions
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Producing reports and mailing lists and pitch documents
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Liaising with clients and their Assistants
  • Providing cover to other Assistants

Executive Assistant profile:

  • Have previously worked as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting 1:1 or 1:2 senior level Executives/C-Suite/Heads of Department
  • Ideally have worked as a PA or Executive Assistant in financial services or professional services
  • Have previously managed very busy diaries
  • Be able to commit to a 12-month contact
  • Have experience of taking minutes or notes in meetings
  • Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels of the business
  • Be a great team player with a positive, Can Do, flexible positive approach
  • Be proactive with a positive, flexible and be calm under pressure
  • Able to use your initiative
  • Good MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
