Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join a financial services firm, working in a team of 2 Receptionists.
Salary: £33,000- £35,000 (depending on experience) + fantastic benefits and 26 days holiday.
Location: Based in the office. Amazing, stunning office, great culture!
Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Receptionist role:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Answering the phones, directing call and emailing messages to staff members.
- Booking meetings in the company’s 6 meeting rooms and ordering any catering for meetings.
- Setting up video conferences both internal and external
- Ordering UK and international couriers and taxis
- Ordering stationery, office supplies and flowers.
- Franking the post.
- Restocking the kitchens every morning
- Assist the EAs with binding presentations, research, assisting with events, ordering business cards
- Monitoring the firm’s main inbox.
- Arrange and monitor staff access cards including any temporary passes
- Order office supplies
- Liaise with the Office Manager and Building’s Manager regarding any facilities issues for the office.
- Manage new starter packs and assist with desk set up for new starters
- Update and maintain the companies staff contact list
- Assisting with the organisation of events.
- General administration duties – filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable at all times.
Receptionist profile:
- Have previously worked as a Receptionist
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
- Be polished, well presented and articulate
- Have a positive, flexible, “Can Do” approach to your work.
- Be a great team player.
- Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Be calm under pressure.
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Able to use your initiative.
- Good MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
