12-month Receptionist position based in the city of London, close to Barbican & Moorgate, providing first-class receptionist support and assistance to the EAs within the company.

· Salary 28k (35k pro rata)
· Hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Receptionist/Assistant duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Monitor external mailbox and distribute mail.
- Keep the reception area well presented
- Assist with EA tasks (expenses, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting administration).
- Assist the office team with administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Manage office supplies (stationery, snacks, beverages, products).
- Book and prepare meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants and assist with organisation of meetings and events.
- Handle courier packages and deliveries.
- Organise lunches, fundraising, and social events.
- Provide support for office activities (birthdays, new joiner welcomes, socials).
Receptionist/Assistant Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing/service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
