Excellent Team Assistant / Administrator opportunity, joining top professional services firm in London with chance to progress to a PA within 18 months.

Business Support Administrator role:
- General administration duties of photocopying, printing and scanning
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers
- Using Microsoft Word to produce documents
- Using Microsoft Excel to produce spreadsheets
- Assisting with the administration of onboarding new clients including producing Letters of Engagement, client checks etc
- Updating the client CRM system
- Assisting the Executive Assistant and PA with the organisation of events
- Preparing and submitting expense claim forms on behalf of the Fee Earners
- General administration duties including retrieving files and deeds from storage, photocopying, printing and scanning
Business Support Administrator profile:
- Have previously worked in an office environment as an Office Junior, Admin assistant/Administrator or Receptionist/Administrator
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines set
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Good MS Office skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
