Excellent Team Assistant / Administrator opportunity, joining top professional services firm in London with chance to progress to a PA within 18 months.

  • City, London
  • 35 hour working week
  • Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office
  • Salary - £28,000 + fantastic benefits and 25 days holiday

Business Support Administrator role:

  • General administration duties of photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers
  • Using Microsoft Word to produce documents
  • Using Microsoft Excel to produce spreadsheets
  • Assisting with the administration of onboarding new clients including producing Letters of Engagement, client checks etc
  • Updating the client CRM system
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant and PA with the organisation of events
  • Preparing and submitting expense claim forms on behalf of the Fee Earners
  • General administration duties including retrieving files and deeds from storage, photocopying, printing and scanning

Business Support Administrator profile:

  • Have previously worked in an office environment as an Office Junior, Admin assistant/Administrator or Receptionist/Administrator
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Good MS Office skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
