Contract - West End, Central London


Fantastic Team PA opportunity with a leading global professional services firm, providing PA support to 5 Senior Managers on a 12-month contract.

  • 12 month PA contract
  • Salary: £42k (£38k + 10% bonus)

  • Hybrid working (2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home)
  • Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Team PA duties:

  • Extensive diary management – managing very busy and ever-changing diaries, booking internal and external meetings, Zoom and MS Teams calls, across various time zones, rescheduling meetings and resolving any clashes that may occur
  • Booking international travel arrangements across multiple time zones including flights, accommodation and arranging visas and travel documentation adhering to COVID-19 travel requirements
  • Processing expenses and timesheets
  • Liaising with clients and their PAs
  • Updating the CRM with client contact information
  • Providing PA support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and carry out any online research as and when required
  • Creating, maintaining and updating PowerPoint slides for meetings
  • Organising events, sourcing venues and activities
  • Provide PA support and cover for other Team PAs during annual leave
  • Involvement in internal office-wide projects

Team PA requirements:

  • Have previous PA experience and experience of supporting more than one individual
  • Have diary management experience
  • Have experience booking international travel
  • Be able to commit to a 12-month PA contract
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills
  • Be a team player with a “Can Do” flexible, approach
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal with the confidence to liaise at all levels of the business
  • Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced role
  • Good sense of humour, outgoing and fun to work with
  • Good IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
