Immediate Temporary Receptionists/Administrators required for short-term temp assignments - based in the central London area, City, Canary Wharf and West End locations.

You will be providing short-term cover on the reception of various offices across numerous sectors, answering calls, greeting visitors and general reception duties such as dealing with deliveries/post and general administration.

  • Temp Receptionist & Temp Administrator assignments
  • £14-16 per hour 

We are looking for: approachable, organised, friendly and confident individuals, who are available immediately for temp assignments covering reception.

Temp Receptionist tasks include:

  • Receptionist duties such as answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages
  • Greeting clients and visitors to the office
  • Booking meetings, preparing rooms
  • General admin such as scanning, copying, filing
  • Updating CRM systems and databases
  • Updating/creating/managing documents, reports and presentations


We are looking for individuals with some previous reception/admin experience, or individuals who have worked in premium/luxury customer service or hospitality environments, such as cabin crew, luxury retail and hotels, who can provide first-class customer service to our valued clients. 

Our clients include - fast growing tech firms, financial services, management consultancy, real estate investment, interior design, recruitment & executive search and creative firms.
